Please note that Ps Rubina was Regional Pastor for P Region
but after we had problem with the news she had to work for the whole community to protect us in legal issue so she move to the administration part
However nowadays she still be one of the BOD of the church
when she was P region Pastor she still cover P' Kobchai and many P senior which you may know
Therefore she has the qualification of the Spiritual leader.
